
Edible Education is an interdisciplinary food systems course held in partnership with The Edible Schoolyard Project. It will feature lectures and discussions from experts in the sustainable food movement on a range of topics.
Anyone who would like to see the lectures this semester can watch them in real time on the Edible Schoolyard’s youtube channel. Viewers can even participate in the weekly Q&A at the end of the class via Facebook or Twitter, using the handle #EE101. The class will take place 6:30-8:30 on Mondays throughout the Spring semester.
